NatCommGroup products are under factory warranty for one year from date of purchase.
Any item found to be defective by NatCommGroup will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Antennas that have been broken due to impacts with garage doors, tree limbs, road debris, vandalism, etc are not considered defective but normal wear and tear. However, we purchase repair parts and have them available for sale to repair current production antennas. Give us a call or send an email describing in detail the broken part including the antenna model # if you want to purchase repair parts.
If you feel you have a defective item, send the item to the address below for inspection.
Be sure to include the following inside the package:
1) A description of the problem
2) If an antenna, a description of the mounting location
2) Receipt of purchase
3) A return address and preferred way for us to contact you. Phone #, email address etc.

Return the item pre-paid and we will pay UPS ground service shipping to return it to you.
Before sending in the item, be sure to check your installation and the accuracy of your test equipment or give us a call for any advice. Approximately 20% of the items we receive for warranty inspection are not defective and are working properly but an error was made during installation or use. Often we do not need the entire antenna, but only the power feeding section to run tests. This can avoid shipping expense in particular when base antennas need repairs.
